Memorial Day Wreath Dedication

Time: Monday, May 28, 10:00am
Location: Flag Pole in Commercial Area
Wreath Dedication with American Legion Veterans.
Coffee and donuts in the Community Room 9:00 – 10:00am prior to ceremony.

Food Drive

Time: Saturday, June 9, 10 am to 12 pm
Location: Bottom of steps to Pennsbury Village’s commercial area Cash and check donations accepted. Non-perishable food items needed, especially: canned soups, Ramen noodles, canned vegetables and fruits, peanut butter, jelly, canned chicken/tuna, pasta and pasta sauces, cereal, hand/laundry/dish soaps, cake and muffin mixes, cleaning supplies and paper products.

Act 32 Wage Tax Information for all Residents
Pennsbury Village residents who have earned income (wages, commission, self employment earnings, etc.) are required to pay a 1% Earned Income Tax (EIT) to the Borough. The 1% is split between the Borough and the Montour School District.

The Pennsylvania State legislature passed Act 32, which requires employers to withhold the tax from their employees and remit to the proper municipality. The following is the information your employer will request from you.
