IMPORTANT NOTICE

PLEASE READ!!!

As you may know, the Pennsbury Board of Directors routinely reviews many of our Contracts including those with financial advisors, the collection of common charges, insurance policies, etc.  Last year, the Board reviewed the Management Contract.  After a comprehensive review of the current Contract with Stevenson William Company, the Board has decided not to renew this Contract.

Beginning February 1, 2025, the Board has engaged the services of Community Management Advisors of Moon Twp. (“CMA”) to serve as Community Manager.  In the coming days, CMA will be distributing a Welcome Package which will contain detailed information regarding their Company and procedures for paying common fees.  Until you receive this package from CMA, DO NOT PAY your February common charge.  This includes payments for carports and storage lockers as well.  Stevenson Williams Co. cannot process any payments after January 31, 2025.  During this transition month of February 2025, no late charges will be incurred.

Despite the change with the Management Company, all staff (maintenance and office) will remain the same.  These employees are employees of Pennsbury Village Condo Association; not the Management Company.

During this transition period, we ask your patience and understanding.  While we have tried to mitigate potential problems, we anticipate that issues may arise.  In closing, we will use one of PennDOT’s infamous sayings, (if you are old enough to remember) “Temporary Inconvenience, Permanent Improvement.”
