Act 32 Wage Tax Information for all Residents
Pennsbury Village residents who have earned income (wages, commission, self employment earnings, etc.) are required to pay a 1% Earned Income Tax (EIT) to the Borough. The 1% is split between the Borough and the Montour School District.
The Pennsylvania State legislature passed Act 32, which requires employers to withhold the tax from their employees and remit to the proper municipality. The following is the information your employer will request from you.
