Borough Council Meeting Schedules & Agendas

As part of the amendments of Act 65 of 2021, amending the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act, the Borough of Pennsbury Village will be posting our meeting agenda at least 24 hours before our meetings. The current agenda will be available by 6:30 PM on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month before our scheduled General Council meeting on the 2nd Tuesday at 6:30 PM in the Pennsbury Village Community Room or the Planning Meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM in the Pennsbury Village Borough Office.

These are the meetings where the Borough Council discusses issues and makes the decisions involving the business of the of Borough. This includes decisions on spending money, passing laws and regulations, and giving reports on the current state of the Borough. Meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM in the Pennsbury Village Community Room. The January meeting, after a municipal election year, is usually held on the first Monday of the new year.

2026 Planning Meeting Schedule & Agendas

These are the meetings where the Borough Council discusses issues and does the planning for the Borough’s next General Council Meeting. Even though these meetings are legally advertised, by Borough’s own policy, no business is conducted at this meeting unless it involves an emergency. This meeting is open to the public. Meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM in the Pennsbury Borough Office.
