If you or someone you know is looking for part-time administrative work, the Borough is accepting letters of interest for Property Inspection Coordinator.

Requirements:

. .▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills

. .▪ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel

. .▪ Detail oriented

. .▪ Flexibility

. .▪ Ability to work well independently and take initiative

….▪ Residency is not a requirement. Applicant does not have to be a resident of Pennsbury Village

Responsibilities:

. .▪ Develop comprehension of applicable Ordinances (#’s 138, 145, 159) and
……associated requirements of these Ordinances

. .▪ Communication with interested parties (landlords, tenants, building inspector,
… …council members, tax authority) regarding property inspections

. .▪ Data entry and maintenance of digital and physical files of all landlord/tenant

. .▪ Timely collection and processing of landlord paperwork and payments; submission of payments to Borough
…….Manager for handling; issuance of rental licenses (certificates) to landlords in good standing

. .▪ Provide quarterly written status updates to Borough Council

. .▪ When necessary, provide backup for Borough Manager (if Manager out, fill in at the office to process routine
…….administrative duties (e.g. answering phones, retrieving mail/email, greeting residents, etc.))
